NETSOL Technologies
A software designer with a foundation in engineering
I’m a senior product designer at NETSOL Technologies, where I lead end-to-end UX architecture and design systems for enterprise leasing and asset finance platforms used by global financial institutions.
Prior to NETSOL, I led the redesign of the Daraz Coins Program at Daraz (Alibaba Group) across 5 South Asian markets (Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Myanmar), achieving an 84% surge in Daily Active Users and 2.1 million missions completed weekly. Earlier in my career, I designed interfaces for Careem, Allied Bank (ABL), and InvoZone.
I started out in software engineering before transitioning into digital product design. Having hands-on technical understanding allows me to design with high intent, speak the same language as engineers, navigate technical trade-offs, and push what’s possible in web and mobile applications.
In this era of generative AI, having engineering fundamentals has become even more essential. It enables me to interrogate and shape AI outputs rather than accepting generic templates. I see AI as a high-leverage creative partner for rapid exploratory prototyping, hypothesis validation, and bridging the gap between Figma mockups and production code.
I see AI as an accelerator for prototyping and hypothesis testing, guided by human taste, system constraints, and empathetic product thinking.
This perspective inspired my open-source project, the Student Academic AI Prompt Guide—a structured reference framework for students and researchers to get high-fidelity, grounded analytical outputs from LLMs. More and more, the intersection of design tokens, prompt craft, and code is redefining how fast we can turn an insight into a working tool.

I find that exploring tangible and tactile mediums outside software prevents burnout and deepens design judgment. Whether it's binding pocket notebooks with bone folders and linen thread, or experimenting with CSS clamp fluid type curves, tinkering keeps curiosity sharp.
My Figma Community UI kits and token architectures have crossed 20,000+ downloads worldwide, helping thousands of product teams ship consistent design foundations faster.
